Miami Concludes Play at SJSU Spartan Invite

SAN JOSE, Calif. – Senior Tiffany Prats’ 13th place finish highlighted the University of Miami women’s golf team performance at the SJSU Spartan Invitational held March 5-6 at the Almaden Country Club in San Jose, Calif.

Prats finished the three-round tournament tied for 13th with an eight-over-par 224, firing a 77, 75 and 72 during the first, second and third rounds, respectively.

As a team the Hurricanes finished 14th with a 92-over, 956 (322-317-317).

Sophomore Anabelle Paulina finished tied for 50th with a 19-over, 235 (80-76-79) while junior Jessica Steward (248/84-82-82) and senior Urd Pedersen (249/81-84-84) finished 68th and 70th, respectively.
