Men's Cross Country Ranked 13th In South Region

Coral Gables, Fla. (hurricanesports.com) – The University of Miami men’s cross country team fell to No. 13 in the latest United States Cross Country Coaches Association South Region rankings released Tuesday.

Miami opened the season impressively with a win at the Palm Beach Atlantic Sailfish Invitational (Sept. 3) followed by a runner-up finish at the Gator Invitational (Sept. 9). The Hurricanes struggled this past weekend placing 24th at the Notre Dame Invitational, a meet which consisted of seven nationally ranked teams.

Miami will look to get back on the winning track this weekend at the Disney Cross Country Classic, October 8, in Orlando, FL.
