Women's Golf Second Heading Into Final Round

Lexington, Kentucky (hurricanesports.com) – Senior Tina Miller (Miami Archbishop Curley Notre Dame) fired a second round 73 to move from 17th into a tie for sixth with a two-day total of 151 at the UK Wildcat Fall Invitational in Lexington, Kentucky.
Miller is tied for sixth with four others including UM sophomore Josie Shinn (Pinehurst, N.C.) who posted a round of 75 on Saturday to help the Hurricanes move into second in the team standings.
Freshman Hagen Weintraub (Davie, Fla.) shot a second-round 76 to move into a tie for 15th (155).
The Hurricanes have posted a two-day total of 615 and are 14 strokes behind leader Mississippi State who recorded a tournament low 299 Saturday to retain their lead heading into Sunday’s final round.
Sunday’s final round is scheduled to begin at 8:30 a.m.
