Dolores Takes 24th In Long Jump

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – University of Miami senior Aaron Dolores (Mill Valley, Calif.) finished 24th in the long jump with a mark of 6.83 meters (22-05.00) at the NCAA East Regional Track and Field Championships in Gainesville, Fla.

The men’s 4×100-meter relay of junior Tanard Davis (Miami Southridge), sophomore Darnell Jenkins (Miami Central), sophomore Travarous Bain (Miami Northwestern) and sophomore Akieem Jolla (New Orleans, La.) finished in a time of 40.65 seconds to finish fifth in its heat.

The time was the second fastest of the season for the Hurricanes but failed to advance them to Saturday’s final.
