Lauderdale, FL: The cover of the Nov. 1957 “Sports Illustrated” featured the Oklahoma team that had won 47 straight games.The title was “Why Oklahoma Is Unbeatable”.That week Notre Dame avenged a 40-0 beating the year before. The nation’s top offense couldn’t move and ND won 7-0.I am cheering very, very hard for you, but as a 46 year Cane fan I have seen most everything. I am so proud of you on and off the field, but have NO doubt NOBODY is Unbeatable.
