Convocation Center Construction Update

Hurricane representatives received a first-hand look at the progress of thefacility. They took part in a tour and were able to bring back photos ofthe project. The construction company is in its first stage of the roof.The roof will take 6 to 8 weeks to complete. The steel workers arecurrently hoisting each truss or beam to the roof. It takes approximately2-3 days to completely connect each truss. The roof is expected to becompleted by mid-May.
