Women's Golf Second Heading Into Final Round

LAKELAND, FL (hurrricanesports.com) – The University of Miamiwomen’s golf team fired a second round 316 and is second-place with atwo-day total of 626 heading into Sunday’s final round of the Lady MocClassic being held at Imperial Lakes Country Club in Lakeland, FL. Miami is two-strokes back of James Madison (314-310-624) who posteda second-round score of 310 to take over first-place by two strokes. NorthCarolina State (310-317-627) is third.
The Hurricanes have three players in the top-10 individuallyincluding sophomore Jazmin Cataldo (Asuncion, Paraguay) who is fourth with atwo-day total of 152, sophomore Camilla Hilland (Lommedalen, Norway) who isfifth with a two-round score of 153, and freshman Tina Miller (MiamiArchbishop Curley Notre Dame) who is in a tie for seventh with a two-daytotal of 155.
Wisconsin’s Katie Connelly (72-75-147) leads the individualcompetition. The tournament concludes Sunday.
