Salvador Sandate is currently in his tenth year with the University of Miami athletic department. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Service, Salvador is responsible for the oversight of the customer service unit within the ticket office. Focusing on service and retention of all football, men’s and women’s basketball and baseball season tickets, the customer service team includes a staff of five staff members with over twenty years of ticketing experience who are responsible for all ticket related operations.

Salvador most recently served as Assistant Director of Major Gifts during which he solicited gifts in support of the Sprint for Hurricane Athletics Campaign, a $75 initiative including the athletic endowment, facilities, as well as annual giving. Salvador joined the department In February of 2005 as Assistant Director of Athletic Development for Annual Giving focusing on athletic development support throughout Florida and the Southeast region. In May of 2002 Salvador began a Ticket Sales Associate position focusing on the sales, retention and policy positioning for football, men’s and women’s basketball and baseball season tickets. Salvador came to the University of Miami from the University of Kansas in July of 2001 to serve as the Corporate Sponsorship Department intern. At the University of Kansas, Salvador served as the athletic department’s Marketing Intern while completing his degree in Sports Management in May of 2001.
