Caitlin Smith is a highly accomplished strength and conditioning coach with a strong background in collegiate athletics. Currently serving as the Head Olympic Strength and Conditioning Coach at the University of Miami, Smith is responsible for overseeing the physical training and development of the Hurricanesā Olympic sports teams. Prior to her current role, she gained valuable experience at the University of Tennessee, where she worked as a strength and conditioning coach, contributing to the success of their athletic programs.
Prior to that, Smith worked at Austin Peay as a Graduate Assistant and as a Sports Performance Intern with VCU Athletics.
Smith holds a Bachelorās in Exercise Science from Longwood University and a Masterās in Human Health and Performance from Austin Peay State University.
