Rodjinald Joseph joined the University of Miami Athletics Department as a Client Experience Specialist in March 2022. In his role, he helps implement world-class customer service standards for all Hurricane season ticket holders and facilitate game day experience for all home football, baseball, and men’s and women’s basketball games.
Prior to joining UM, Joseph worked with the Miami Marlins as an Inside Sales executive. Before becoming an Inside Sales executive, he worked with the Marlins’ Risk Management department.
A Miami native, Joseph grew up as a Hurricanes fan. He graduated from St. Thomas University with a bachelor’s degree in Sports Administration where he also competed as a member of the Track & Field – Cross Country team. Currently, he is working on his MBA.
