
Rob Roselli joined Miami as Associate AD, Marketing in July 2025. He leads a marketing team tasked with driving attendance to home events and orchestrating memorable fan experiences. He is tasked with creating a homefield and homecourt advantage for Hurricanes football and basketball, and serves as administrator for Cheer, Dance and Band.
Roselli previously spent four years at Florida Atlantic University, two as Associate AD of Marketing and two as Senior Associate AD of Marketing & Branding. He led marketing and branding efforts during FAU’s historic 2023 March Madness/Final Four run. He directed marketing & fan experience efforts for football and basketball, with basketball having back-to-back season ticket sellouts (only time in school history), an ongoing (as of Sept. 2025) sellout streak and record-setting revenue marks. He helped transform Baldwin Arena into a legitimate home-court advantage with a nationally talked about student section. He increased football attendance for student body, setting an all time record in 2022 in addition to all-time revenue record. He led marketing strategy in 2022 for football resulting in growth that positioned FAU as 6th in the nation in 5-year average attendance growth from 2018-2023. He also served as swimming & diving sport administrator and band and spirit sport administrator.
Prior to FAU, Roselli spent five years at Rutgers University, two as Director of Marketing & Fan Experience and three as Assistant AD of Marketing. He handled football marketing for the Scarlet Knights, and was responsible for sales and marketing plan that drove $17 million in athletic department revenue in 2018. He helped transform game day environments at football and men’s basketball which led to national commentary about The RAC “being back” and a legitimate home-court advantage. On the football front, he kept student attendance strong through up-and-down seasons and helped lead social media strategy. He also spearheaded the 150th Anniversary campaign, celebrating Rutgers as The Birthplace of College Football on its 150th anniversary.
Roselli spent one year at Penn State University as Assistant Director of Marketing, where he increased men’s soccer attendance by 107 percent and men’s basketball by 20 percent through various marketing initiatives. He also assisted with football and basketball game productions and led student grassroots marketing.
Roselli spent one year as a Seasonal PR Assistant with Indianapolis Colts after earning his bachelor’s degree from Penn State University with a certification in the Center for Sports Journalism. He also has a master’s degree from Rutgers University.
A native of Marlton, N.J., Roselli has a mother (Gabrielle) and sister (Giovanna),and is an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan.
