Justin Feist was hired as a Senior Account Manager of Membership Service for University of Miami Athletics in November 2023. In his current role, Feist implements world-class customer service standards for all Hurricane season ticket holders and facilitates gameday experience for all home football, baseball, and men’s and women’s basketball games.
Prior to Miami, Feist worked for IndyCar in Nashville, Tenn. Feist began his sports career in television as a cameraman for NCAA, MLS, and NHL broadcasts.
The Knoxville, Tenn. native earned his Bachelor’s of Science in Communications from the University of Tennessee before going on to complete a Master’s degree in Sport Administration at Xavier University.
