Jessica Fritson, a native of Kearney, Neb., joined the University of Miami in June 2024 as a Sports Physical Therapy Resident, primarily working with the football team.
Jessica earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Duke University in 2024. While at Duke, she gained valuable experience with the Blue Devils football team and provided event coverage for a local high school, focusing mainly on lacrosse. In her final year, she furthered her expertise at Clemson University during her clinical rotation, working with their football and Olympic sports programs.
In 2021, Jessica graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a B.S. in Athletic Training. During her time at Nebraska, she worked with various sports teams, spending most of her time with Husker women’s soccer, gymnastics, and covering football fall camps.
