2023 Outdoor: Oliveira became part of the University of Miami’s mini-series “Miami-Made” telling her story of loss and triumph and what the sport of track and field means to her and her sister, Sierra Oliveira…placed first in the 400m with 52.58 and the 4×400 with 3:30.82 at the Hurricane Alumni Invitational (4/8)…placed 12th against the worlds best at the 63rd Annual Mt. SAC Relays (4/15) with 52.46 in the 400m…earned the silver medal and scored for the Hurricanes at the ACC Outdoor Track and field Championships (5/13) after posting a 52.12 in the 400m…broke the ACC meet record with the rest of the 4×400 relay team, placing first with a final time of 3:28.29, good for third all-time in the Miami program record books…punched her ticket to her second national championships at the NCAA East Preliminary Round (5/27), where Oliveira helped the 4x400m team finish sixth with 3:32.18…finished tenth at the 2023 NCAA Division I Outdoor Track and Field Championships (6/10) with 3:29.94, claiming her second second-team All-American honors.
2023 Indoor: Began her 2023 season with a first-place finish in the 400m with 53.48 at the Louisville Cardinal Classic (1/13)…finished third with 3:35.84 in the 4×400 relay at the Texas Tech Red Raider Open (1/20)…finished third with 3:34.10 in the 4×400 and fifth in the 400m with 52.52…earned first place in a historic 4×400 championship race with 3:32.56 at the 2023 ACC Indoor Track and Field Championships (2/25), a time that sits third in the indoor program record book…also scored for the Hurricanes in the 400m final with 52.90, good for third place.
2022 Outdoor: Finished first as part of the 4x400m relay team with 3:38.70 at the Miami Hurricane Invitational (3/19), and second with 23.58 in the 200m…improved by almost three seconds with the 4x400m team with 3:35.92 and another first place finish at the Hurricane Collegiate Invitational (3/26)…earned her third first-place finish with the 4x400m relay team at the Hurricane Invitational (4/8) with 3:40.88…posted a season-best 3:32.48, good for second, at the UNF Collegiate Invitational (4/30) with the 4x400m team while also earning third with 52.36 in the 400m…delivered an incredible stretch of performances at the 2022 ACC Outdoor Track and Field Championships (5/14) by placing first in the 400m with 51.85 and a personal best of 23.19 in the 200m, good for fourth…ran her personal best 400m of 51.76 at the NCAA Division I Outdoor Track and Field Championships (6/11), a time that sits fifth in the Miami outdoor record book.
2022 Indoor: Started her 2022 indoor season campaign at the UAB Blazer Invitational (1/14) with a personal best and fourth-place finish in the women’s 300m with 37.95, a time that sits second all-time in the Miami program record books…also earned her second collegiate victory in the women’s 4×400 with 3:40.44…Oliveira earned her first individual collegiate victory at the Carolina Challenge (1/21) with 53.25 in the women’s 400m, along with placing second with 3:37.86 with the 4x400m team…notched another first-place victory in the 400m with 53.42 at the Meyo Invitational (2/5)…Finished first in both the 400m prelims and final with 53.73 and 52.88, respectively, at the 2022 ACC Indoor Track and Field Championships (5/26), and also earned the bronze medal as part of the 4x400m team with 3:35.46 to end her 2022 indoor season.
2021 Outdoor: Earned seventh in the 400m final at the 2021 ACC Outdoor Track and Field Championships (5/15) with a time of 54.57, after posting a time of 54.34 in the prelims…placed fourth with the 4x400m relay team at the ACC Outdoor Track and Field Championships with 3:37.93…placed eighth with the 4×400 team at the NCAA Division I East Preliminary Round (5/29) with 3:32.39, punching her ticket to her first national championship appearance, where she finished 13th with the 4×400 team with 3:36.22.
2021 Indoor: Made her collegiate debut for the Canes in the women’s 400m dash, finishing second with a time of 55.61, and helped the 4×400 relay finish second with a time of 3:43.61…Finished second in the women’s 400m dash with a time of 55.41 at the Bob Pollock Invitational and helped the 4×400 relay also finish second with a time of 3:40.49…Posted a time of 54.47 in the women’s 400m and helped the 4×400 relay team finish with a season-best time of 3:39.13 and a third-place finish at the Tiger Paw Invite.
Personal: Lee County FEMA Track Athlete of the Year and is a two-time 400m state champion… Was a 200m state champion, a four-time district 400m champion, and a four-time 200m district champion… Enters Miami with a personal-best time of 53.7 in the 400m dash… Daughter of Lisa and Herbert Oliveira… Has three siblings, including twin sister Sierra on the track and field team……currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in journalism.
