2010 Outdoor: Ran the fourth-fastest time in school history in the 110m hurdles with his time of 13.88 seconds at the Hurricane Alumni Invitational… Placed fourth at the ACC Championships with a time of 13.93 seconds in the 110m hurdles… Fifth-best time in school history in the 400m hurdles (52.25) in the prelims of the ACC Championship – in the final he placed fifth in 53.42 seconds… A member of the 4×400 relay team that ran a season-best time of 3:12.10at the Florida Relays and the finished eighth at the ACC Championships (3:15.23).
2010 Indoor: With the fastest time in school history (7.78) won the ACC Championship in the 60m hurdles… Won the 60m hurdles at Penn State’s National Open in 7.79 seconds… Ran the third leg of the 4×400 relay that finished fifth at the ACC Championships with a season-best time of 3:13.25.
2009 Outdoor: Ran his only attempt in the 400-meters to a 51.21 finish at the Hurricane Challenge (3/21)… Season-best effort in the 110-meter hurdles came in the preliminary round of the ACC Championships (4/17) with a time of 14.33 seconds, a day later raced to a fifth place finish… Placed sixth in the 400-meter hurdles at the ACC Championships (4/18) with a season-best time of 53.31 seconds… A member of the 4×400 relay team that raced to a finish of 3:24.43 at the Florida Relays (4/4)… Ran the opening leg of the sprint medley relay that finished with a time of 3:27.68 at the Penn Relays (3/24).
