2010 Outdoor: Won the USA Championship in the 400m hurdles with a time of 54.85 seconds – becoming the first Hurricane to win a USA title… Won both the 100m and 400m hurdles at the NACAC Championships with times of 12.86 and 55.14 seconds respectively… Earned her fourth and fifth All-America honors at the NCAA Championships with runner-up finishes in the 400m hurdles (55.22) and the 100m hurdles (12.84) – setting the school record in the 100m hurdles… Set the school record in the 400m hurdles with a time of 54.74 seconds in the NCAA quarterfinals… Earned All-ACC status after placing third in the 100m hurdles (12.70) and second in the 400m hurdles (55.55) at the ACC Championships… A member of the 4×400 relay team that placed fourth at the Florida Relays in 3:35.58… A member of the 4×100 shuttle relay that placed second at the Penn Relays with a time of 53.82 seconds.
2010 Indoor: With the fastest time in school history (8.00) advanced to the NCAA Championship final of the 60m hurdles, where she placed third in 8.08 seconds, earning All-America honors… Won the 60m hurdles at the Tyson Invitational and the Carle/Health Alliance Invitational in 8.19 and 8.22 seconds respectively… Placed third in the ACC Championships in the 60m hurdles with a time of 8.16 seconds, earning All-ACC honors… Was the runner-up at the ACC Championships with a 53.34 second performance in the 400m dash – the fifth-best time in school history earning All-ACC honors… Ran the second-leg of the 4×400 relay that ran a season-best time of 3:36.18 at the Tyson Invitational.
2009 Outdoor: Career-best time in the 400m hurdles came in the finals of the NCAA National Championships (6/12) where she placed second at 55.98 seconds, earning her second All-American nod… Finished third in the NCAA East Regional (5/30) with a time of 57.32 seconds to advance to the NCAA Championships in the 400m hurdles… Won the 400m hurdlesat the Georgia Tech Invitational (5/16) with a time of 57.28 seconds… A member of the 4×400 relay team that won the event at the Georgia Tech Invitational (5/16) with a season-best time of 3:36.32.
2009 Indoor: Ran a season-best time of 7.84 seconds in the 55-meter hurdles at the Tom Jones Invitational (1/24)… Won the 60m hurdles twice with a season-best time coming at the Notre Dame last chance meet (3/7)… Led all Hurricanes with a season-best time of 55.13 seconds in the 400m dash… A member of the 4×400 relay team that ran a season-best time of 3:38.46 at the Texas A&M Invitational (2/14).
2008 Outdoor: Finished eighth at the NCAA National Championships in the 400m hurdles, earning All-American status with a time of 58.47… Ran a 13.17 winning the 100m hurdles at the Florida Relays, but a strong tailwind prevented it from being her personl-best time… Her time of 13.36 in the 100m hurdlesin the preliminary heat of the ACC Championships qualified her for the finals where she finished fourth with a time of 13.40… Reached NCAA Qualifying Standard on all five of her attempts in the 100m hurdles… Personal-best time of 56.72 in the 400m hurdles at the ACC Championships, earning All-ACC honors with a second-place finish… At the NCAA Regionals in Tallahassee, Fla. ran a 57.64 in the prelims and a 56.98 in the finals for a third place finish… Won the 400m hurdles at both the Hurricane Challenge (58.08) and the Hurricane Challenge (58.88)… A member of the 4×400 relay team that reached a regional qualifying time of 3:34.21 in the prelims of the Penn Relays.
2008 Indoor: Ran a personal-best 7.81 in the 55m hurdles at the Tom Jones Memorial… Ran a personal-best 8.31 in the 60m hurdles on two occasions, at the Virginia Tech Elite and the ACC Chamapionships, where she finished third and fifth respectively.
