2010 Indoor: His season-best effort in the 60m hurdles came in the semifinals of the National Open at 7.85 seconds… Placed fifith in the 60m hurdles at the ACC Championships at 7.90 seconds… Ran the anchor leg of the 4×400 relay that ran a season-best time of 3:13.25 for a fifth-place finish at the ACC Championships… Placed fourth in the 60m dash at the Kentucky Invitational with a season-best time of 6.81 seconds.
2009 Outdoor: Ran his season-best time in the 110-meter hurdles in the preliminary round of the ACC Tournament (4/17) with a time of 14.15 seconds… A day later earned All-ACC honors for his second-place finish in the final with a time of 14.20 seconds… Ran a 14.28 in the preliminary round of the NCAA East Regional (5/29)… Season-best time of 51.75 seconds in the 400-meter hurdles at the Georgia Tech Invitational (5/16)… Earned his second All-ACC Honor of the ACC Championships (4/18) with a runner-up finish in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 51.96 seconds… A member of the 4×400 relay team that ran a season-best time of 3:12.13 in the ACC Championships (4/18) for a sixth-place finish… A member of the sprint medley relay team that ran a season-best time of 3:27.68 at the Penn Relays (3/24).
2009 Indoor:Won the ACC Championship (2/28) in the 60-meter hurdles in a time of 7.95 seconds… Won the 60-meter hurdle event at the Virginia Tech Elite (2/7)with a time of 8.01 seconds… In his only attempt in the 55-meter dash, ran a time of 6.55 seconds at the Tom Jones Invitational (1/24)… In the 400-meter dash, ran a season-best time of 48.79 seconds at the Texas A&M Invitational (2/14)… Was a member of the 4×400 relay team that ran a season-best time of 3:16.91 at theTexas A&M Invitational (2/14)… A member of the 4×400 relay team thatfinishedeighth in the ACC Championships (2/28)with a time of 3:17.13.
2008 Outdoor: Earned All-ACC honors for his third place finishes in both the 110-meter hurdles (14.23) and the 400-meter hurdles with a personal-best 51.43… His personal-best time in the 110-meter hurdles of 13.89 came at the Georgia Tech Invitational, where he finished first… Reached the NCAA Regional Qualifying time of 14.30 or better on seven occasions… A member of the sprint medley relay that set school-record at the Penn Relays (3:17.80).
2008 Indoor:Ran the 55-meter hurdles only once, with a time of 7.76 at the Tom Jones Memorial in Gainesville, Fla… In five attempts in the indoor season, recorded his best-time in the 60-meter hurdles in the preliminary heat at the ACC Indoor Championships at 7.98, he placed sixth in the finals with a time of 8.05… Ran a leg for the distance medley relay team that broke the school indoor record (10:05.53) at the Virginia Tech Elite Invitational.
2007 Outdoor: Best time of 14.32 in the 110-meter hurdles… Placed fifth at the ACC Outdoor Championships in 110-meter hurdles (14.42)… Ran on 4X100 and 4X400 relay teams at the ACC Championships that placed fifth and sixth respectively… Qualified for finals of 110-meter hurdles at USATF Jr. Championships.
