2023 Indoor Track
  • Started at the Louisville Cardinal Classic, finishing first in the 3000m with 9:43.09 and 4:54.08 in the mile
  • Finished eighth and cemented a new indoor program record at the ACC Indoor Track and Field Championships (2/25) in the 5000m with 16:18.29
2022 Cross Country
  • Earned her first win of the 2022 season at the FSU Invitational in the 5K with 17:10.9
  • Amassed a new personal best in the 6K at the NCAA Division I South Region Cross Country Championships with a time of 20:22.8
2022 Outdoor
  • Began a historic five-race win streak at the Miami Hurricane Invitational where she placed first in the 1500m with 4:30.03 and first in the 3000m with 9:34.27
  • Placed first one week later in the 1500m at the Hurricane Collegiate Invitational
  • Made her first outdoor 5000m appearance at the Florida Relays and bested the competition with a time of 16:23.51
  • Continued her winning ways in the 1500m at the Hurricane Alumni Invitational with 4:26.42
  • Placed third at the LSU Alumni Gold in the 1500m with 4:28.10
  • Gained two more wins at the Tiger Paw Invite in the 3000m with 9:33.77 and the DMR with 11:27.44
2022 Indoor
  • Placed first at the UAB Blazer Invitational in the women’s 3000m with 9:41.65
  • One week later finished first in the 3000m with 9:33.85 and placed third with 4:55.13 at the Carolina Challenge
  • Earned the indoor 3000m program record with 9:24.02 at the Mayo Invitational
2021 Cross Country
  • Posted a 6K time of 21:05.98 at NCAA South Regionals, the second fastest in program history
  • Recorded Miami’s seventh-best 5K time of 18:00.5 at the XC23 Invitational
  • Opened the season in the 5K at the FAU Invitational with a time of 18:21.70
2020 Cross Country
  • Broke into Miami’s all-time 6K top 10 list in her first-ever cross country race as a Hurricane with a time of 21:53.7 at the Mountain Dew Invitational to finish 14th overall
  • First female for the Canes to cross the finish line in the women’s 5K at the FSU Invitational with her time of 18:03.9
  • Finished with a time of 22:53.4 in the women’s 6K at the ACC Cross Country Championships.
2020 Outdoor

  • Did not compete during the indoor season.
Personal
  • Lavassas holds the U18 Panhellenic Indoor Track and Field record in the 3000m with a time of 9:58.64. She has represented Greece on the U18 and U20 teams in the 3000m and 5000m races. She finished third twice in the Balkan U18 3000m race and competed in the U20 European Cross Country race in the 5000m finishing in the top 20 in 2019….currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in political science.
