2012 Outdoor: Finished 2nd in the 100 meter hurdles during the Hurricane Invitational with a time of 14.72… in the heptathlon competition at the Hurricane Invitational, finished 1st by racking up 4,294 points… at the ACC Championship’s heptathlon, placed 7th with 4,474 points… with a time of 2:27.65 had the team’s best time in the 800 meters at the ACC Championships
2012 Indoor: finished eighth in the pentathlon at the Birmingham Invitational with a score of 3,333 points…finished with season-bests of 8.88 in the 60-meter hurdles, 16’10″/5.13m in the long jump, 26.57 in the 200 meters, 5’3.25″/1.61m in the high jump, 31’/9.45m in the shot put and 2:35.79 in the 800 meters.
2011 Outdoor: Had a season-best time of 26.02 seconds at the Hurricane Alumni Invitational… Finished her lone 800m race in 2:32.03 at the Hurricane Invitational… Competed in the 100m hurdles where she achieved a personal-best at the Hurricane Alumni Invitational with a time of 14.14 seconds… Her best marks/times in the high jump (1.63m – 5-04.25), long jump (5.25m – 17-04.25), shot put (9.53m 31-03.25), and the javelin throw (24.54m – 80-06.00)… She finished the Heptathlon in fourth place with 3,780 points.
2011 Indoor: Her best marks/times in the 60m hurdles (8.88), 200m (27.07), 800m (2:32.64), high jump (1.67m – 5-05.75), long jump (5.58m – 18-03.75), triple jump (10.72m – 35-02.00), shot put (9.86m – 32- 04.25)… Achieved the team best marks in the pentathlon with 3,576 points at the Kentucky Invitational.
2010 Outdoor: Her best perfomance in the heptathlon came at the ACC Championships, finishing with 4,429 points – with her best marks/times in the 100m (25.94), 800m (2:37.86), 100m hurdles (14.41), high jump (1.60m – 5-03.00), long jump(4.98m – 16-04.25), shot put (10.06 – 33-00.25) and the javelin throw (24.63m – 80-10.00).
2010 Indoor: Her time of 9.03 seconds in the 60m hurdles and her mark of 10.11m (33-02.00) in the shotput at the Carle/Health Alliance Classic were season-bests… Her lone attempt in the 200m dash resulted in a 27.13 second showing at the season-opening Kentucky Invite… Had a season-best 3,382 points in the pentathlon at the ACC Championships, her best 800m run result of 2:38.62 and her best long jump also came in that pentathlon with a mark of 5.22m (17-01.50)…Her best high jump effort came at the ACC Championships, reaching a mark of 1.64m (5-04.50).
2009 Outdoor: Ran a season-best time of 14.69 seconds at the UCF Invitational in the 100-meter hurdles… Her season-best mark of 1.69m (5-06.50) in the high jump came during the ACC Championships (4/16)… At the Hurricane Invitational (3/20) scored a season-best 4,205 points in the heptathlon.
2009 Indoor: Scored 3,224 points in the pentathlon at the Virginia Tech Elite.
High School: Competed in the 100m hurdles, high jump and triple jump for B. E. Mays High School… Varsity letterman in track (2004-08), in softball (2004-06) and in cheerleading (2008)… Holds personal bests of 14.69 in the 100m hurdles, and 5’8″ in high jump… Member of HOSA, FCCLA, and student government vice president.
