Saw action in her first collegiate race with the Second Varsity Eight boat in a home event as part of a tri-race with Barry and Nova Southeastern … Rowed five-seat in that race, helping the UM crew to a mark of 17:09.6 … Also raced with the Second Varsity Four, serving three-seat for UM as they collected a time of 15:13.4 … Rowed six-seat for the Second Varsity Eight at the annual Rivanna Romp in Virginia … Crew crossed the finish line at 15:13.01 while racing against 23 participating boats … Again rowed six-seat in a dual race with BIG EAST opponent UConn as the Hurricanes crew collected a winning time of 7:11.93 over the Huskies … Rowed as part of the Women’s Collegiate JV “A” competing for the Jackie Ann Stitt Hungness Trophy in the San Diego Crew Classic … Moved to five-seat in the race while crew finished third in the race (7:16.92), earning wins over Kansas State and Sacramento State … Helped the same crew to a time of 7:15.37 in the finals the following day … Served five-seat for the 2V8+ crew that placed third at the ACC Championships in Tennessee … Served five-seat in her next race for the JV8+ crew which rowed their way to a third place time of 6:50.0 as part of the Women’s Erickson Cascade Cup … JV8+ crew picked up a qualifying time (6:56.55) at the Aramark Sprints South/Central Regional Championships … Moved to the stroke position for the first time on the season in the “C” finals, helping the JV8+ crew to a fourth place showing (6:45.9), finishing ahead of crews from Alabama and Kansas State.

Rowed for the Rose City Rowing Club under coach Nick Haley… Rowed seven-seat in the fall of 2006 … Sat bow in spring of 2007 … Rowed five-seat in fall of 2007 … Member of the Varsity boat as a junior and senior … In women’s 8+, helped team to a sixth place finish at Head of the Charles Regatta in 2006 … Earned eighth-fastest boat in the nation in 2007 at the U.S. Rowing junior Nationals … Established a personal-best in the 4K … Another personal-best in the 2K in spring of 2008.

Major is Sociology … Has two brothers, Henry (16) and Simon (9) … Daughter of Noel and Mary Agnes Prosser … Chose to attend the University of Miami because she made a list of schools during her senior year in high school that would have everything ideal for her collegiate experience, and UM was it.
