AS A SENIOR (2006): Won the 200-meters (23.17) and 400-meters (51.95) at the ACC Outdoor Championships becoming the first person in ACC history to repeat the 200/400 double…has the second fastest time in the East and the 12th best time in the NCAA in the 200-meters…currently ranks 43rd in the world in the 200-meters by the IAAF…member of the 4×400-meter relay that won Penn Relays and Texas Relays… won the 400 meter (51.97) at the Miami Elite Invitational…earned ACC Performer of the Week honors on April 3…won the 200-meters (23.21) at the Diet Pepsi Invitational and was part of winning 4×100 and 4×400 meter relays…earned ACC Performer of the Week honors on ….earned All-America honors in the 4×400 meter relay and the 200-meters at the NCAA Indoor Championships…earned All-ACC honors by finishing second in the 200-meters (23.48) and was a member of the winning 4×400-meter relay that broke the ACC Indoor Championship meet record.
AS A JUNIOR (2005): Earned All-America honors as the anchor leg of the 4×400-meter relay that placed sixth at the NCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships…earned All-American honors in the 200-meters, 4×100-meter relay and 4×400-meter relay at the NCAA Outdoor Championships…ran third leg of the ACC Indoor Champion 4×400-meter relay…ACC Indoor Champion at 400-meters (53.48)…won the 200-meters (23.06) and 400-meters (52.08) at the ACC Outdoor Track and Field Championships…won the NCAA East Regional title in the 200-meters in a time of 22.74 seconds…ran the anchor leg of the 4×100-meter relay and the second leg of the 4×400-meter relay that placed second at the NCAA East Regional…placed ninth in the 200-meters at the NCAA Outdoor Championships despite competing with flu-like symptoms…helped Miami set school-records in four relays during the season including the indoor 4×400-meter relay, and the outdoor 4×100-meter, 4×200-meter and 4×400-meter relays…reached the semifinals of the 400-meters at the 2005 United States Outdoor Track and Field Championships in Carson, CA.
AS A SOPHOMORE (2004):Earned All-America honors as a member of the 4×400-meter relay team that finished eighth at the NCAA Outdoor Championships (3:31.70)…BIG EAST Indoor Champion in the 400-meters (54.60)…matched her career-best indoor time of 23.56 in the 200-meters finishing fifth, and set a season-best time of 53.49 in the 400-meters at the Tyson Invitational…set a career-best time of 7.66 seconds in the 60-meter dash at the Leonard Hilton Memorial…was a member of the 4×400-meter relay teams that won the NCAA East Regional title (3:32.10).
AS A FRESHMAN (2003): First track athlete in school history to earn All-America honors in three events at the NCAA Championships (400-meters, 4×100-meter relay, and 4×400-meter relay)… also earned All-America honors in the indoor 4×400-meter relay… reached the semifinals in the 400-meters at the USA Track and Field Championships… qualified for the Pan Am Games as a member of the 4×400-meter relay… BIG EAST Indoor Champion in the 200-meters with a time of 23.61… finished eighth in the 400-meters at the NCAA Outdoor Championships with a time of 52.19… ran anchor leg in the 4×400-meter relay that finished fifth at the NCAA Indoor Championship with a time of 3:33.37, setting a Miami record… ran anchor leg of the 4×400-meter relay team that won the BIG EAST Indoor Championships with a time of 3:38.32… also competed in the high jump during the indoor season… BIG EAST Outdoor Champion in the 200-meters (23.18) and the 400-meters (52.17)… NCAA East Regional champion in the 400-meters with a season-best time of 51.65, setting a Miami record… ran second leg of the 4×100-meter relay that finished seventh at the NCAA Outdoor Championships (44.01) and second in the NCAA East Regionals (44.06)… ran second leg on the 4×100-meter relay team that won the BIG EAST Outdoor Championships with a time of 44.58 … was a member of the 4×100-meter relay team that set a Miami record with a time of 43.96 at the Florida Relays, which they later matched in the prelims of the NCAA Outdoor Championships… ran anchor leg in the 4×400-meter relay that finished fourth in the NCAA Outdoor Championships with a time of 3:32.86… ran second leg of the 4×400-meter relay that set a Miami record at the Florida relays with a time of 3:30.74.
HIGH SCHOOL: First-team All-Dade and team MVP as a senior… led team to a second-place finish at the State Championships…Florida 4A state champion in the 400-meters (54.08)…was runner up in the 100-meters (11.84) as well as the 4×400-meter relay…also took fifth in the high jump…set personal-best time of 11.81 in winning the 100-meters at the Greater Miami Area Conference meet.
