Was part of the 2V8 crew which defeated Notre Dame, No. 25 Oklahoma, and Wisconsin at the Oak Ridge Cardinal Invite with a time of 6:41.2 to win its first race of the year
Helped Miami place second in the Benderson Cup standings in the 19-team field at the Sarasota 2K Invitational
Was part of the crew that finished second in the Sarasota 2K Invitational 2V8 Grand Final and beat No. 20 North Carolina, No. 15 Dartmouth, Iowa and SMU with a time of 7:03.04
