VB Remains No. 14 in AVCA Rankings
CORAL GABLES, Fla. – The University of Miami volleyball team (21-4, 11-3 ACC) remained at No. 14 in the American Volleyball Coaches Association rankings.
The Hurricanes earned back-to-back five-set wins over Florida State, their first victories since 2021 as the Seminoles have taken six straight matches over Miami until Wednesday.
Flormarie Heredia Colon highlighted the week with a brand new program record of 42 kills in the first win of the week. She finished both matches with 74 kills and continues to lead the NCAA and ACC for total points (623.5), total kills (549), points per set (6.78) and kills per set (5.97).
Miami will head to Notre Dame and Louisville on Friday and Saturday, respectively.
