AutoNation Announces Expanded Partnership with Miami Athletics

CORAL GABLES, Fla. — AutoNation, one of the nation’s largest automotive retailers headquartered in South Florida, and University of Miami Athletics today announced an expansion of their partnership to include University of Miami Women’s Athletics and its Women’s Basketball program.

Over the past several years, AutoNation has supported University of Miami Football and its “Pink Game” with UHealth, helping raise awareness and funds for cancer research. For the 2025–26 season, AutoNation is expanding that commitment by partnering with the University of Miami Women’s Basketball team. Together, they will amplify cancer awareness efforts through the Women’s Basketball “Pink Game” with UHealth, as well as an on-campus Cancer Walk held prior to a home game.

Additionally, as a part of the new and improved partnership with University of Miami Athletics, AutoNation will be the title sponsor of the “Road to March” docuseries, featuring behind-the-scenes content of the Miami Hurricanes Women’s Basketball season. The series will include insights from Head Coach Tricia Cullop and an inside look into the program and its student-athletes.

“We have appreciated our mutually beneficial partnership with AutoNation over the years, and very much look forward to their increased participation,” said Chris Maragno, SVP, Hurricanes Partnerships.

“AutoNation is proud to continue its longstanding support of University of Miami Athletics, and our shared commitment to empowering future leaders, on and off the court.” said Chief Executive Officer Mike Manley.
