Miami Lands Eight on ACC Women’s Basketball All-Academic Team

CORAL GABLES, Fla. – The University of Miami women’s basketball program had eight student-athletes receive ACC All-Academic honors for their exceptional work in the classroom and on the court this past winter, the conference office announced Wednesday afternoon. 

Student-athletes must have earned a 3.0 GPA or higher for the most recent semester, in addition to maintaining a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher throughout their college career to earn All-Academic honors. Additionally, student-athletes must have competed in at least 50 percent of games this past season in order to garner the prestigious award.

Haley Cavinder, Hanna Cavinder, Aurora Almon, Leah Harmon, Lemyah Hylton, Natalija Marshall, Jasmyne Roberts, and Cameron Williams were the eight members of the team this past season that earned the distinction. 

The Hurricanes are coming off their first season under Head Coach Tricia Cullop and have retooled their roster with a number of significant additions this offseason, as they begin preparation for the 2025-26 campaign.
