Noel Earns All-ACC First Team Honors

CORAL GABLES, Fla. – University of Miami women’s tennis player Alexa Noel was named to the All-ACC First Team in singles, the conference announced Thursday.

Miami has now totaled 50 All-ACC accolades in the 20 years – excluding the COVID-shortened 2020 season – it has been in the league.

Since the conference went to a multiple team format in 2014, at least one Hurricane has earned first-team recognition every year.

Noel, earning her third singles conference honor and fourth overall, claims the status after a 15-1 singles record, nine ranked wins and going undefeated in conference play. Her performance this season also includes a 15-match win streak, her highest ranked win of the season over No. 6 Valerie Glozman (Stanford) and an ITA singles ranking at No. 14.
