CORAL GABLES, Fla. – The University of Miami soccer team will take the pitch in a few weeks for their first regular season match of the 2024 season. The roster features numerous new faces as the Hurricanes welcomed 17 newcomers, including nine transfer student-athletes, to the program this offseason.
The transfer student-athletes hail from all across the country and even in the world in graduate student Dieynaba Ndaw’s case, as she was born in Dakar, Senegal.
Six of the nine transfers enter Miami as graduate students, while Zoe Shepherd joins the team as a junior and both Crosby Nicholson and Maddie Landers will start their sophomore year at Miami.
