CORAL GABLES, Fla. The University of Miami women’s tennis moved up three places in this week’s ITA rankings, as announced Tuesday afternoon.

The Hurricanes check in at No. 42 in the country following their 5-2 road victory over Florida Atlantic last Friday in Boca Raton, Fla.

As was the case in the last set of rankings, Miami also has two ranked singles players and one ranked doubles duo.

Junior Sinead Lohan, who has missed each of the Hurricanes’ last three matches, checks in at No. 14 in the country.

Freshman Estela Perez-Somarriba, sporting a team-best 13-3 spring singles record, follows her at No. 42 nationally.

Additionally, Lohan pairs with redshirt senior Maci Epstein to form the No. 62 team in the ITA’s doubles rankings.

The Hurricanes are set to return to the court Friday at 3 p.m., in Louisville, Ky., where they will face Louisville.
