Hurricane Basketball Select-a-Seat: Nov. 6

All fans are cordially invited to Hurricane Basketball ‘Select-A-Seat’ Night, presented by University Credit Union, on Thursday, November 6 at the BankUnited Center.

Fans will be able to “test-drive” and purchase any available seating locations for season ticket and mini-plan packages for the upcoming men’s and women’s basketball seasons. Open seats will be labeled with pricing information, and friendly ticket representatives will be on-hand to assist fans with any questions.

The event is also the first opportunity for fans to take home the new men’s and women’s basketball posters.

Doors will open at 3 p.m. in advance of the Women’s Basketball exhibition vs. Nova Southeastern, which will tip off at 4 p.m. The Men’s Basketball team will follow at 7 p.m. with Eckerd College in its sole preseason tune-up. Ticket Representatives will be available throughout the evening.

Admission is free, but a ticket will be required for entry.

Men’s Basketball Season tickets start at $119 for the Canes’ 16 home games, including nine Atlantic Coast Conference matchups. Miami will host three ACC opponents that are listed in the top 10 of the preseason polls: No. 6 North Carolina (Feb. 28), league newcomer No. 8 Louisville (Feb. 3) and No. 9 Virginia (Jan. 3). Season tickets for Katie Meier’s Women’s Basketball team are only $50 and includes admission to Miami’s 18 home contests. Highlighting the 2014-15 home campaign are highly anticipated games vs. Arizona State (Nov. 25), Wisconsin (ACC / Big Ten Challenge – Dec. 4), Notre Dame (Jan. 8), North Carolina (Feb. 22) and Florida State (Mar. 1).
