CORAL GABLES, Fla. – The University of Miami men’s basketball coaching staff will be holding a walk-on tryout at the UM Fieldhouse on Wednesday, October 10 at 3 p.m.  To be eligible for the try out, a student must be full time (at least 12 hours) at UM, complete a tryout clearance form and attend a compliance beginning of the year rules education session. Students must also complete a physical. It is recommended that the physical be completed as soon as possible, as results can take one week to process.  For detailed walk-on tryout instructions, please contact the basketball staff by e-mail at mensbasketball@miami.edu.  All paperwork needs to be turned in to compliance by October 9, or you will not be allowed to try out.
