Miami Concludes Play at 2007 ACC Championships

CHARLOTTE, N.C.– The University of Miami women’s golf team wrapped up the third and final round of the 2007 ACC Golf Championships in eighth place overall Sunday at Carmel Country Club in Charlotte, N.C.

As a whole, Miami fired first, second and third rounds of 325, 318 and 325 to finish with a combined total of 964 (+964).

Junior Jessica Steward, who shot a team-low, one-over-par 73 Sunday, led the Hurricanes with a three-round total 233 (+17) to finish tied for 19th on the individual leaderboard.

Senior Tiffany Prats concluded Sunday with a six-over-par 78 finishing tied for 22nd overall with a three-round effort of 236 (+20).
