Coral Gables, Fla. (hurricanesports.com) – University of Miami Athletic Director Paul Dee announced today that the University has released men’s basketball recruit Chester “C.J.” Giles (Seattle, Wash.) from the National Letter of Intent he signed in November.

“After reviewing the circumstances, and speaking with Coach Haith and the Giles family, we have concluded that it is in our mutual best interests to release C.J. Giles from his national letter of intent,” said Dee.
