Bronx, NY – University of Miami senior Jennifer Geroux (Balto, NY) finished 46th in a time of 22:36 to lead the Hurricane women’s cross country team to a 12th-place finish (377 points) at the BIG EAST Cross Country Championships at Van Cortlandt Park in Bronx, New York.

Catherine Guiney (Boston College) won the individual title finishing the 6,000-meter course in a time of 20:04 while third-ranked Georgetown (36 points) took home the team championship.

The Hurricanes return to action November 10 at the NCAA South Region Championships in Tuscaloosa, AL.
