Men Trek to NCAA Championships

CORAL GABLES, FL – A quartet of University of Miami divers are traveling to the 2000 Swimming and Diving NCAA Championships in Minneapolis, MN on Mar. 23-25.

A trio of All-Americans, senior Tyce Routson and sophomores Stefan Ahrens and Imre Lengyel, lead the Hurricanes. Joining Routson, Ahrens and Lengyel will be talented freshman Kyle Prandi.

Routson looks to bring another national title to the three that he current owns, after winning the 10-meter in 1995 and the 3- and 10-meter in 1996, before his two-year Mormon mission.

The foursome of Hurricane divers hopes to continue the Miami streak of winning at least one national championship a year since 1991.
