Jordan Redavid is entering his first year as the Assistant Compliance Director – Monitoring at the University of Miami. In his current role Jordan is responsible for monitoring all aspects of recruiting, playing and practice seasons, personnel and several other areas. Prior to Miami, Jordan was the Monitoring Specialist at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB). Prior to his tenure at UAB, Jordan was a compliance intern at the University of Miami.
A native of Port Jefferson, NY, Jordan earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Education from the University of Miami in 2008. He went on to earn a Master’s Degree in Sport Administration from the University of Miami in 2009 as well. Jordan is also the Co-Founder of NextStepAthletics.com, a free online resource for those interested in the business side of athletics.
