Jacari Riggins -  - University of Miami Athletics

Jacari Riggins joined the University of Miami as an Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach in June of 2024. She oversees the strength & conditioning (S&C) efforts for the Women’s Rowing and Women’s Swim programs, while serving as the primary assistant with the Track and Field program.

Riggins continues her time with the Hurricanes after spending time as both an S&C intern and S&C assistant at Miami. She oversaw S&C for the Spirit squad and Women’s Rowing programs while serving as the assistant for Volleyball, Track and Field, Men’s Tennis, and Women’s Soccer.

During her time at Miami, Riggins spent 4 months with the United States Ski and Snowboard Team in Park City, Utah. At U.S. Ski and Snowboard, she oversaw the S&C and sport science efforts for the Aerials, Moguls, Alpine, and Freeski teams.

Prior to Miami, Riggins worked as a strength and conditioning intern in the private sector at Athletic Lab in Morrisville, NC.

A native of Miami, Fla., Riggins earned her bachelor’s degree from William Peace University, and she is currently enrolled in the Masters of Applied Physiology program at the University of Miami.

Riggins has attained National Strength & Conditioning Association (CSCS) certification.
