HURRICANE CLUB

The Hurricane Club is the philanthropic arm of the University of Miami Athletics Department. Our goal is to provide the best resources for our 400+ student-athletes to excel in competition, in the classroom and in life.

Both philanthropic annual giving and premium experience donations will determine your Hurricane Club donor level. Your donor level allows you access to various benefits highlighted below.

PRIORITY POINTS

  • 1 Point:
    • For each year of giving at the minimum level ($100)
    • For every $250 of Premium Experience Donations
    • For every $100 of philanthropic annual giving or capital gifts
    • For being a season ticket holder of Football, Men’s Basketball, Women’s Basketball, or Baseball (maximum of 4 points per year)
  • 1 Time:
    • 5 bonus points for being a University of Miami employee or alumni
    • 25 bonus points for being a former Student-Athlete that is a member of the M Club

PARKING

Miami Hurricanes Football season ticket holders can purchase their parking during the early spring parking on-sale period beginning on April 13th. This takes place after the season ticket renewal & relocation process and is based on your Hurricane Club donation level. The higher your donation level, the greater your priority in selecting and securing your preferred parking sport for game days.

  • How can I update my account information?
    • You can easily update your account information by logging into your online account manager here. Once logged in, you may edit contact details, payment information and other preferences to ensure you stay up-to-date with all ticket-related communications. For further assistance, you can also reach out directly to the Hurricanes Ticket Office at hurricanestickets@miami.edu or 1-800-GO-CANES.
  • When can I upgrade or relocate my season tickets?
    • Miami Hurricanes football season ticket holders can upgrade or relocate their seats during the designated seat relocation period. Relocation will begin on March 2nd. Selection date will be determined based on Hurricane Club Membership Level. During this time, ticket holders can log into their online account manager to explore available seating options and select new seats based on availability. If you need assistance, the Hurricanes Ticket Office is available to help guide you through the process at hurricanestickets@miami.edu or 1-800-GO-CANES.
  • Can I purchase additional seats now?
    • New seats will go on sale starting December 1st. At this time, you will be able to add on additional seats. Due to high season ticket demand, this inventory will be limited. Additional inventory may become available following the renewal deadline during our seat reallocation process.
  • When can I purchase parking?
    • Season ticket holders can purchase their parking during the parking on-sale period. Parking selection will begin on April 13th. Selection will be determined based on Hurricane Club Membership Level. For more information about the Hurricane Club, please visit hurricaneclub.com.
  • How can I view my invoice & pay for my tickets?
    • Season ticket holders can view their invoice and pay for their season tickets by logging into their Miami Hurricanes Account Manager by clicking here. Once logged in, please select “Season Renewal Application”.
  • How can I donate to the Hurricane Club?
    • Miami Hurricanes football season ticket holders can donate to the Hurricane Club by visiting the Hurricane Club website or logging into their online account manager by clicking here. From there, you can make a one-time donation or set up recurring contributions to support student-athletes and our athletic programs. Donations are prioritized based on the donation level and can help increase seating and parking priority for season ticket holders. For further assistance, the Hurricane Club staff is available to guide you through the donation process.
  • When can I access and manage my season tickets?
    • Tickets will be available in the online portal once they are paid in full and are tentatively scheduled for digital delivery on July 15, 2026. Tickets must be paid in full by May 29th, 2026 to be eligible for this delivery date. A mobile ticket guide with step-by-step instructions and videos for how to transfer, resell and download tickets will be made available closer to our ticket delivery date.
  • Are payment plans available?
    • Yes, we offer an interest-free payment plan. We currently offer a 6-Installment plan. Payments are taken on the last business day of each month, with the last payment being charged on May 29th.
      • 6-Installment Plan: Renew by January 15th
      • 5-Installment Plan: Renew by February 16th*
      • 4-Installment Plan: Renew by March 16th*
      • 3-Installment Plan: Renew by April 15th*
      • 2-Installment Plan: Renew by May 15th *

*After the January 30th Renewal Deadline your 2025 seating location will not be guaranteed for renewal.

  • How do I update the credit card on file?
    • To update your card on file, please log into your Miami Hurricanes Account Manager by clicking here. Once logged in, navigate to “Payment Schedules”, and update your card on file.
  • Why are the conclusion of payment plans occurring in May for the 2026 Season Ticket Renewal?
    • For the 2026 Football Season, the final payment for payment plans occurs on May 29th, 2026. This summer the Miami Hurricanes Ticket Office will be transitioning to a new ticket provider. To ensure a seamless transition for all season ticket holders, all ticket plans must be paid in full prior to shift.
  • When can I request away game tickets?
    • Miami Hurricanes football season ticket holders and Hurricane Club Members can request Away Game Tickets during the Away Game Request Period. Request period will launch on July 8th. Ticket requests are not guaranteed as the number of tickets is limited. The number of tickets available to request depends on Hurricane Club Member Level.
