Nicholas Muniz was hired as the Director of Compliance in July 2023.
Muniz joined UM after two years at Ole Miss where he started as Compliance Coordinator in August 2021 before being promoted to Assistant Director of Compliance in August 2022. Prior to his time in Oxford, Miss., Muniz was a compliance intern for the Atlantic Coast Conference.
The Fort Worth, Texas native graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from High Point University in 2018 before earning his law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2021.
