Kyle Stopperan joined the UM athletic department in July 2015 as a graphic designer.
Stopperan specializes in sports marketing, corporate branding, and freelancing for advertising agencies and private commercial companies. His clients include Tinaglia advertising, the PGA, the UTSA, and NBC Sports, among others.
Prior to Miami, Stopperan worked as a graphic designer/animator for Colorado State University’s athletic department where he was responsible for creative concepts, design and production of printed, scoreboard and website graphic and flash materials for CSU’s athletic department. In addition, he worked with and oversaw outside graphic and print companies, developed Flash ads, banners, site intros, and presentations for athletics web sites. He also created graphic and Flash elements for sales presentations and various video projects.
Before working for CSU’s athletic department, Stopperan spent six years working as a graphic design/multi-media specialist at University of Colorado Health. There, he executed graphic projects (branding, print/web/mobile advertising, department collateral, video editing/production, signage) and assisted in coordination of all graphic production scheduling. Other roles and responsibilities in this position include executing needed graphics for various social media outlets, and developing graphics, maintaining web based content and preparation for e-publications with basic knowledge of html coding.
Stopperan graduated from CSU in 2001, where he earned a bachelor of arts in graphic design.
