Henry A. Olivas joined the University of Miami Athletic Department in January 2026 as Manager of Ticket Operations. He brings experience in ticket operations across MLB, MLS, USL, and Live Nation, and has worked closely with Sales and Marketing teams to provide the ticketing support needed for success.
Prior to joining the Hurricanes, Henry served as Ticket Operations Manager and CRM Analyst for Sporting Jax, where he oversaw ticket operations and analytics and managed the box office on game days. He built the backend ticketing configuration for the club’s inaugural men’s and women’s seasons using SeatGeek.
A Miami native, Henry earned his Master’s degree in organizational communication from Florida International University in 2021.
