Daniella Bernasconi was hired as a Senior Account Manager of Membership Service for University of Miami Athletics in December 2023. In her current role, Bernasconi implements world-class customer service standards for all Hurricane season ticket holders and facilitates gameday experience for all home football, baseball, and men’s and women’s basketball games.
Prior to this role, she contributed her skills and expertise to the Tennessee Titans in the NFL for two and a half years. Before her tenure with the Titans, Bernasconi worked with the San Jose Sharks for three and a half years in the NHL.
The upstate New York native graduated from Providence College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Sociology before going on to obtain a Masters in Sports Business and Management from Manhattanville College.
