Chris Vann joined the University of Miami as an Assistant Director of Facilities, Events & Operations in August of 2023. Prior to Miami, Vann worked as the Assistant Director of Athletics for Facilities and Events at Southern Arkansas University.
Before joining the staff at SAU, Vann earned a master’s degree in strategic communication and leadership from Maryville University where he was a graduate assistant in the athletic department. The South Bend, Ind. native earned a bachelor’s degree in Sport Administration from Ball State University as a member of the football team.
