Bailee O’Reilly, a native from Goodhue, Minnesota, joined the University of Miami in June 2026 as a Sports Physical Therapy Resident.
Bailee earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Minnesota in 2026. While completing his degree he worked with the University’s Wrestling team in a coaching role for three seasons. During this time he also completed strength and conditioning and athletic training internships within Gopher athletics, working primarily with wrestling and hockey athletes.
Before pursuing his DPT, Bailee was a student athlete at the University of Minnesota where he was a member of the wrestling team. During his career he served in a leadership role as a captain and was a three-time NCAA tournament qualifier. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
Outside of the clinic, Bailee enjoys spending time with his wife, Meleah, and his two kids Paisley and Rocco. As a family they enjoy working out, going to the beach and enjoying the coffee and food scene in Miami.
