Ended the fall campaign with a record of 6-3 in singles play … Collected a record of 2-3 in doubles play … Mirrored last season’s fall performance by falling in her opening match of the season, only to bounce back or a string of victories immediately following … Won four straight matches, including a 6-4, 6-3 defeat of Georgia’s Naoka Ueshima at the Georgia Tech Fall Invitational … Defeated Georgia Tech’s Elizabeth Kilborn in the back draw of the GTFI on a 6-7, 6-1, 6-1 line … Won her opening match at the Wilson/ITA Southeast Region Championships over Stetson’s Carolina de los Santos, 6-3, 6-0 … Won her last two singles matches of the fall over opponents from Furman at the FSU Invitational … Picked up a 6-1, 6-4 defeat of Jessica Preeg in the Black Bracket … Followed that with a three-set win (4-6, 6-4, 6-2) win over Michele Stanford … Teamed with freshman Danielle Mills for her doubles wins, both coming at the FSU Invitational … Paired with Mills for an 8-3 win over Memphis’ Amanda Brown and Kelly Gray … Followed that with another 8-3 win, this time against Furman’s team of Monica Arguello and Jennifer Betts in the semifinals of the Gold Bracket … Fell in the finals to USF’s duo of Ecaterina Vasenina and Allyn Mueller, 8-6.
Junior (2008-09)…
Secured her second consecutive 20-win season as a Hurricane, collecting a 24-10 record for the campaign … Posted a personal-best 19-6 record in the spring, including an 8-3 mark against ACC competition … Collected a 6-1 record at the No. 5 singles position, while recording a 13-5 mark at the No. 6 spot … Ended the year 8-13 in doubles competition … Picked up her best doubles record of 6-11 alongside partner Gabriela Mejia … Began the spring season on a four-match winning streak … Picked up a 6-2, 6-4 win over Leigh Walsh of #47 Utah in the NCAA Indoor Qualifier [Coral Gables Region] … Fell against her only nationally ranked competitor on the year in a three-set thriller to #23 Tennessee’s Samantha Orlin (No. 77) in the next round of the NCAA Indoor Qualifier, 4-6, 6-1, 3-6 … Defeated Idunn Hertzberg of #21 TCU in straight sets, 6-1, 7-5 … Followed that with the second of her three-straight wins against nationally ranked teams, collecting a 4-6, 6-3, 10-4 triumph over #18 Michigan’s Lindsey Howard … Began a four-match winning streak, including three consecutive three-set victories, on the strength of a 5-7, 6-3, 10-2 triumph over #9 Clemson’s Laurianne Henry … Defeated Kate Lukomskaya of #21 Arkansas in three sets, 7-5, 3-6, 10-6 … Ended the year winning the last five matches in which she earned a decision … Collected a 7-6, 0-6, 6-3 victory over #3 Duke’s Jessi Robinson in the ACC Championship match … Claimed her last victory over Army’s Robie Verano in the opening match of the NCAA Women’s Championships [Coral Gables Regional], 6-1, 6-0 … Had her match against Carling Seguso of #11 UCLA suspended in the Round of 16 at the NCAA Championships in College Station, Texas … Wasilewski stood even with Seguso in the third set using a 3-6, 6-3, 3-3 line at the time the `Canes collected the team victory over the Bruins … Led #3 Duke’s Jessi Robinson in the third set of the NCAA Quarterfinals before the match was suspended, 6-4, 3-6, 3-0 … Teamed with Gabriela Mejia for an 8-6 win in doubles play over #29 FIU’s Priscilla Castillo and Maria Spenceley in the final round of the NCAA Championships [Coral Gables Regional], 8-6 … Also teamed with Mejia for an 8-3 win at the No. 3 doubles spot against #15 North Carolina’s team of Meg Fanjoy and Laura Reichert … Finished the fall season with a record of 5-3 in singles play … After falling in her opening match of the 16th Annual William & Mary Invitational to Katarina Gajic (Boston College), 6-4, 2-6, 7-10, bounced back for three consecutive wins to capture the Flight “C” consolation title … Enjoyed a thrilling three-set victory over Richmond’s Kelly Tidwell (6-3, 3-6, 10-6) in the consolation first round … Collected straight-set wins in her next three matches, including a 7-6, 6-0 victory over Helen Cunningham of Richmond in the Flight “C” finals … Defeated Jessica Sweeting (USF), 6-4, 6-1 in the first round of the ITA South Regional … Fell in the Round of 32 to No. 57 Christy Striplin (Georgia Tech), 3-6, 0-6 … Enjoyed a win over UCF’s Jenny Frisell in a three-set marathon, 6-3, 5-7, 6-3 at the first-ever UM Women’s Tennis Fall Invitational in Coral Gables, Fla. … Fell in her last two matches of the UM Women’s Invite, including a three-set setback to Jessica Wente of Florida State, 5-7, 7-5, 3-6 … Teamed with Gabriela Mejia in the tournament for two matches … The two lost both matches, including a 9-7 setback to UCF’s Katie Orletsky and Christy Core … Paired with Alessa Waibel for an 8-3 win over Isa Ohlinger and Katie Orletsky (UCF), 8-3.
Sophomore (2007-08)…
Finished the 2007-08 campaign with a record of 22-7 in singles play … Also collected a 3-6 mark in doubles competition … Ended the spring season winning seven of her last 10 matches in singles play … Had an impressive 7-3 record against conference opponents … Went 0-3 in doubles play in the spring, but had a 3-3 performance during the fall campaign … Picked up a 9-4 record in No. 6 singles action … Had a huge win in her only career appearance in No. 5 play … Had her No. 5 win against Wake Forest’s Aileen David, 2-6, 6-0, 1-0 … The Demon Deacons entered the match ranked 35th nationally with the Hurricanes coming out on top … That match was part of the ACC Tournament … Started out the year with a perfect 9-0 mark in the fall winning her draw in the Racquet Club Collegiate Invitational … Began the spring competitive season with back-to-back wins … Had a straight-set win against Maria Spenceley (6-2, 6-1) of FIU while the Golden Panthers were ranked #31 in the country … Followed that up with a win against top-ranked Stanford’s No. 6 player Lejla Hodzic, 2-6, 7-6 (7-4), 6-3 … Suffered her first loss of the spring against No. 7 California’s Stephanie Kusano (0-6, 1-6) … Had a win for the `Canes against Quinnipiac in the NCAA Tournament opening round … Defeated Nicole Adams in straight sets, 6-0, 6-0 … Had a 7-6, 7-6 victory over North Carolina State and No. 6 player Nelis Barringer on the road in Raleigh, North Carolina …In the fall campaign, tied with Bianca Eichkorn for a team-high 10 singles victories during the fall season while only suffering two losses … Won her first nine singles matches of the fall, including five straight wins at the ITA South Regional to earn the Flight “B” singles title … Defeated Troy’s Mirte De Bakker, 6-4, 6-0 in the first round of the regional before taking out Kennesaw State’s Mercedes Cobos, 2-6, 6-2, 6-0 in the round of 16 … Beat FIU’s Maria Spenceley convincingly in the quarterfinal round, 6-1, 6-0 and Mississippi’s Yana Kireeva, 6-3, 5-7, 6-2 in the semifinals before cruising to a 6-2, 6-0 win in the finals over Federica Suess of FSU … Also won the championship of the Racquet Club Collegiate Invitational’s second draw, beating Baylor’s Karolina Filipiak, 0-6, 6-4, 6-4 in the finals … Defeated UT-Arlington’s Sofya Lifanova, North Texas’ Rachel Wilhelm and Pepperdine’s Tania Rice to set up the match-up with Filipiak … Played four doubles matches with Eichkorn, finishing 1-3 … Won two of three matches at the FSU Invitational, beating Lena Willi and Fernanda Carrera of Jacksonville in the first round before falling to FIU’s Liset Brito and Egle Petrauskaite in the second round … Finished the event by winning a consolation match over a duo from USF.
Freshman (2006-07)…
Joined the team in the spring, going 6-9 in singles action, primarily in the No. 6 position … Went 5-5 in doubles action teaming with Seenauth (1-2), Farah (0-1) and Sabatino (4-2) … Won three of her first four matches at Miami, beating Iciri Rai of USF, 3-6, 6-3, 6-0, Maria Dolores Pazo of FIU, 7-5, 6-2 and Eve Xanthahopoulos of FAU, 6-1, 6-0 … Lost in her only two matches against ranked opponents, falling 6-4, 0-6, 5-7 in a close battle with No. 75 Tarryn Rudman of Georgia Tech and 1-6, 2-6 to No. 64 Sanaz Marand of North Carolina … Won four of her final six doubles matches alongside Gina Sabatino, picking up wins against Shilla D’Armas and Pazo of FIU, Elizabeth Exon and Allie Shafner of Michigan, Christian Tara and Ana Jerman, the nation’s No. 53 duo from Wake Forest and Neils Barringer and Berkeley Brock of N.C. State.

Competed with the French Junior Tennis Federation and played in various ITF tournaments in Europe. She began playing tennis at the age of 10 … Wasilewski was a competitive swimmer in France before playing tennis.
