Women’s Golf Finishes 15th at Therese Hession Regional Challenge

PALOS VERDES, Calif.– The University of Miami women’s golf team finished 15th at the 2026 Therese Hession Regional Challenge, held Feb. 1–3, posting a three-round team total of 52-over par.

Ashleen Kaur paced Miami, finishing in a tie for 43rd at 9-over par. Kaur shot her highest score of the challenge in round one at +9, before a steady recovery shooting +2 in round two and closing out round three at two below par.

Cloe Amion Villarino followed closely behind, tying for 53rd at 11-over par, while Rebekah Gardner placed 77th at 18-over. Barbora Bujáková recorded a three-round total of 21-over to finish tied for 81st, and Stella Jelinek rounded out Miami’s lineup, placing 85th at 23-over par.

The Hurricanes will return to action Monday, Feb. 23 through Tuesday, Feb. 24, competing at the Momentum Transportation UNF Collegiate, hosted by the University of North Florida in Jacksonville, Fla.
