Hurricanes Baseball Unveils New Clubhouse
A Complete Transformation
The Miami Baseball clubhouse underwent a total refresh, reimagining the players’ locker room, coaches’ locker room, and entry corridor into a modern, cohesive space that reflects the standard of the program. Every detail, from flooring and lighting to branding and technology, was rebuilt within the existing footprint.
Designed for the Modern Athlete
At the heart of the renovation is an all-new locker system designed and installed by Hollman, Inc.. The players’ locker room features 38 custom lockers, while the coaches’ locker room includes seven lockers, each built to support daily preparation, recovery, and organization.
Each player’s locker includes:
- Recessed LED light strips
- Stainless steel hooks and hanging rods
- One overhead storage compartment
- Five accessory compartments with two integrated power outlets
- Two shoe drawers capable of storing up to six pairs each
- One secured valuables drawer
- LED backlit nameplates
- LED toe-kick lighting for a refined finish
Built Within the Footprint
The entire renovation was completed without expanding the space, maximizing efficiency and design within the existing layout:
- 1,829 sq. ft. — Players’ Locker Room
- 410 sq. ft. — Coaches’ Locker Room
- 142 sq. ft. — Entry Corridor
Comfort Meets Function
New custom chairs were added at every locker, provided by Dream Seats, enhancing comfort while maintaining a clean, professional aesthetic throughout the room.
Technology That Sets the Tone
To elevate the day-to-day environment, the players’ locker room was outfitted with four new TVs and an eight-speaker sound system, installed by Midtown Audio, creating a space built for meetings, energy, and team culture.
Storage & Operations Upgrades
Functionality was expanded with:
- Two new laundry/storage cabinets in the players’ locker room
- One additional storage cabinet in the coaches’ locker room
These additions improve daily operations while keeping the space organized and uncluttered.
A Branded Miami Experience
All visual branding throughout the clubhouse was designed and installed by Image360, delivering a bold, cohesive look that reflects Miami Baseball’s identity.
Image360 President Erik Mirza shares a personal connection to the program, having spent one season as a teammate of J.D. Arteaga before transferring to the University of Tampa.
