The ‘A’ final of the 50-yard freestyle saw two Hurricanes add significantly to Miami’s early point total, with Videment placing sixth (22.92) and veteran Savannah Barr finishing right behind her (22.93).

Other strong showings came in the 200-yard freestyle relay – where Barr, Videment, Vonderahe and freshman Ines Mahmoudi – took third (1:31.22), while Videment showcased her exciting ability with a fourth-place finish in the ‘A’ final of the 100-yard butterfly (53.82).

One of Miami’s top performers across the week, Barr took second overall in the 200-yard freestyle relay (1:47.03) after finishing with the top qualifying time in prelims earlier in the day.

Treglia, another of Miami’s top point-scorers, added to Miami’s point total with a third-place finish in the 100-yard backstroke (53.58).

Barr capped a dominant weekend with a second-place finish in the 200-yard butterfly, where two other Hurricanes – Carly Lahr and Evelyn Meggesto – also scored significant points in the ‘A’ final.
