Men's Tennis Announces 2025 Spring Schedule

CORAL GABLES, Fla. – University of Miami head men’s tennis coach Alex Santos announced the Hurricanes’ 2025 spring schedule Tuesday afternoon.

The Hurricanes open the spring season when they host Troy and Buffalo on Jan. 13 before traveling to Boca Raton to face FAU on Jan. 16.

Miami will then travel to ITA Kickoff Weekend on Jan. 25-26 to play host Columbia and either Florida or Middle Tennessee the next day, in hopes to receive a qualification to the ITA National Indoor Championship on Feb. 14-17, hosted on the SMU and Baylor campus.

The Hurricanes host three straight teams from the state of Florida, starting with hosting USF on Jan. 31, UCF on Feb. 7 and FGCU on Feb. 21. They round out the second month of play with hosting SMU on Feb. 28 and Boston College on March 2.

Miami will host South Alabama on March 4 for a non-conference clash, before traveling to California to face their new ACC opponents. First, they will fly to Stanford, Calif., to face Stanford on March 7 and then drive to Berkeley, Calif., for their match against Cal on March 9.

The squad will stay on the road for the next weekend as they head to Winston-Salem, N.C., to play Wake Forest on March 14 and NC State on March 16.

The Hurricanes return to Coral Gables for a non-conference match on March 18 against Colgate. Miami returns to ACC action when they face Georgia Tech and Clemson, on March 21 and 23, respectively.

Miami hits the road again as they head to Chapel Hill, N.C., for a match against North Carolina on March 28 and Durham, N.C., to face Duke on March 30.

For their final two home matches, the Hurricanes will play Louisville on April 3 and Notre Dame on April 5, before wrapping up the regular season at Florida State on April 11.

Just four days later, Miami will head to Cary, N.C., for the ACC Tournament, which will take place from April 15-20.
