Hurricanes Ink Eight Signees on National Signing Day

CORAL GABLES, Fla. – Director of University of Miami Track and Field/Cross Country Amy Deem announced the signing of eight student athletes Wednesday morning.

“I and the rest of the staff are very excited to announce our newest signing class. We believe this group of student-athletes will continue to push this program forward through their hard work, dedication, and positive attitudes. Their choice to join the University of Miami will help them grow both academically and in the sport of track and field,” head coach Amy Deem said.

Miami’s newest signing class includes five jumpers, one sprinter, one thrower and one hurdler/combined events athlete.

The 2025 track and field signing class:

Adriana Kruzmane – Lecava, Latvia – Murjano Sports Gymnasium

Dominique Johnson – Huntley, Illinois – Huntley High School

Jasiah Rivera – Kingsville, Texas – H.M. King High School

Jovana Micic – Belgrade, Serbia – Sport Gymnasium

Kaden Ellerbe – Beavercreek, Ohio – Beavercreek High School

Lauren Kirby – Miramar, Florida – Somerset Academy

Pablo Delgado – Cantabria, Spain – European Atlantic University

Payton Serraglio – Ontario, Canada – University of Western Ontario
