The University of Miami golf team shot 10-over-par on day two of the 2024 ACC Championship, dropping two spots to 10th place.

WILMINGTON, N.C. – The University of Miami golf team shot 10-over-par on day two of the 2024 ACC Championship, dropping two spots to 10th place.

Miami shot a 298 in the second round at the par-72, 6,142-yard course at Porters Neck Country Club in Wilmington, N.C.

Senior Sara Byrne was the biggest mover for the Hurricanes, ascending 13 spots to tied-for-16th thanks to second-round score of 71.

Both sophomore Olivia Grønborg and freshman Aada Rissanen shot a 76 (+4) in the second round to sit tied-for-30th and tied-for-45th, respectively.

Freshman Barbora Bujáková shot three-over-par (75) on day two, a four-shot improvement over her first-round score, moving her into 52nd place among all golfers.

Fellow freshman Rebekah Gardner finished day two of the tournament with score of 82 (+10).

The Hurricanes will tee off in the final stroke play round of the 2024 ACC Championship on Saturday beginning at 9:00 a.m.
